Window Cleaning Technician Job Summary

Clean interior and exterior windows for residential/commercial properties

Use tools like squeegees, poles, and ladders safely

Remove dirt from glass, frames, sills, and screens

Follow safety procedures and use PPE

Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized

Communicate professionally with clients

Complete jobs efficiently

Report any damage or issues observed on-site

Assist with related services (gutters, pressure washing)

Meet at a designated location with the team and travel together to job sites in a company vehicle
Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Physically capable of lifting and carrying ladders (30+ lbs)

Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely

Able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation Range
-
$18 - $22 per hour based on experience level.
Window cleaning experience preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
